CHOOVAH
Return to Your Path
When you shift your energy, you are shifting the world around you.
CHOÔVAH, a guided self-healing journey across your physical, mental, emotional, astral, and spiritual fields to liberate and transmute trapped energies, release imprints, memories, and programs that no longer serve you.
Sessions activate when you decide to hold a mirror up to yourself. This method is a combination of various modalities, including ITCHARE® Protocol by Shalva Amos, a structured process that accelerates self-healing, trauma resolution, and consciousness expansion, combined with In_Breath Breathwork by Catalina Rojas, and draws on Kabbalistic universal teachings. Kabbalah believes that during 40 days, we have the power to make a quantum leap in our lives. But many of us do not know where to begin. Choovah takes you through eight sessions to realign you on your path.
Over time, we become the stories that we tell ourselves. Our inner voice narrates our relationships and reactions with family, colleagues, friends, even the barista who spells our name wrong every day. We acquiesce to their energy and give away our power. We accept what life gives us and move away from our center. And in the process holes are created in our algorithm and we go on a detour. When you decide to move into your power, the existing structures will cease to exist.
Together, we scan your etheric field, locate vibrational imprints, stabilize fears, detach energetic links, and unplug any chords that are not connected to serving your highest purpose. Tools like bio-energy healing, quantum healing, breath work, light work, rebirthing, kinesiology, somatic, and more are involved. It involves an enormous energy exchange between you and me.
Each session is approximately two hours online. I ask that you turn the phone off and be present. I meet with people in all corners and time zones of the world. Additionally, I can meet in person if I am in New York.
I consider myself a Spiritual Athlete, combining the physical and the spiritual into a daily practice; making time for prayer, meditation, alongside exercise, healthy eating, and sleep. Most importantly, maintaining an awareness of my thoughts, speech, and actions.
I have spent years actively healing myself from abuse, neglect, violence, loneliness, isolation, and more. I took a seat at my soul, became still, released and transmuted trapped energy, and only then could I hear my intuition, and go beyond my own limitations.
My path has taken me to the jungles of Bali and the Kabbalist hills of Tsfat; from gurus and yogis to rabbis and light workers.
So what do I ¨do?¨
I don´t ¨do,¨ you do.
I anchor myself as a conduit for you to heal yourself.
